Normally orders received before 3pm are posted on the same day. At the busiest times of the year this may not be possible, but then orders will usually be posted within 48 hours. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

To return an item by post you must firstly contact Tackle Masters via the contact us page at http://www.tacklemasters.co.uk/storepage736305.aspx within 7 days of dispatch email. Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details . Please do not return any items until we have replied to this email.

Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
